I am new seller and want to send some items like used mobiles, camera, etc. But when i visited DTDC & First Flight they said they dont send these items. But i know i have received such items from these courier services. Bluedart is ready to ship but asking very high price of Rs550/- to ship a old mobile. I want to ship from delhi to hyderabad. Can anyone tell me which are the courier services that can send parcels like this and what would be rough charges to send within India ? Do they charge octroi or tax on used electronic items ? Thanks Sameer
hello,,,.. i am beds & quilt product seller. the courier companies consider the weight by measuring box (volumetric weight) its really bad because my products real weight is 3 kg, they calculated 8kg!!.. "my question is speed post is cheaper for this type of material or not" i have spent courier charge Rs.980 for Rs.1450 product, i really lost in this case. ( ihave sent my product through DTDC)
use Fedex or DHL or BLUEDART. these are the most reputable couriers in India but expensive. want to go for cheaper ones. select FirstFlight couriers. they are reliable.
Hi all, I would like to ship a inverter(Home UPS) battery. Please suggest me which courier will do this? As wight is around 30 Kg, what will be the price of shipping charges within Inida?
if you want to deliver the mobile phone( new or used) to the buyer just parcel monkey courier service in India. Its best. And they charge low price. Its a online booking service. And they will provide insurance for your product. I am also shipped the item through parcel monkey.and they delivered with in 2 days. Its a door to door service.
Courier companies are very unreliable and unfortunately ebay doesn't have its own courier. To top it Sales Tax department in some states and the delays in shipping make ebay a very frustrating experience at times.

But remember do not tell them about item if they ask then tell them "it's SOmething like show piece with excellent Packing". But if you will say that it's mobile than they will say we don't deliver such kind of items.so just make them fool
Hello there everyone...just wanted to ask for clarification from more experienced people..can motherboards with the CMOS battery be sent via air couriers??
I'm also thinking of selling some herbal products on ebat but most of them are in liquid form. I contacted Blazeflash, blue-dart other such couriers but all says strct "NO" for liquid item shipments. What to do?
Professional guys are idiot.. i inquired right now for my sale.. to mangalore.. they said they dont ship to odd locations ... only to major cities... also they said the courier charge is 20RS!! but delivery charges are 150RS! That means 170RS for a 1200rs old used mobile!!

Normal Batteries(AA size and AAA Size) are allowed, but Mobile batteries are not allowed, thet may explode in some cases, But U can send it through DTDC surface cargo. and it takes minimum of 5 to 7 time for delivary. I hope this will help you,
Today i tried to send package through DTDC and they said that mobile phones cannot be shipped by them as they do Air shipment. And Airports are not allowing mobile phone in courier box. they say, battery may explode. IS this true ?
