I really appreciate the work done by India ebay team especially for the new My ebay console (i think its still in beta) that have really eased the working on the ebay and I believe that the new ebay console/features are in-line with the ebay.com (i had done shopping there also)
I'll like to give suggestions on the current ebay so as to improve it more and make it more user friendly :-
1. In the WON tab - the items displayed are without there pictures/photos while DIDN't WON and WATCHING tab shows the pics. I believe, pics should also be shown along the items WON.
2. The dispute console (now Resolution Centre) is no longer in the left side of the My-Ebay , it has been moved under Accounts Tab -> the help topics needs that adjustment/addition/correction
3. The Indian sellers who ships worldwide are displayed as Item ships to India only in the item description. Kindly make adjustments in the system so that sellers who are shipping outside India are displayed as Shipping Worldwide.
Any other issues and suggestions will surely be requested.

In selling items it would be good to see not only watchers and bids columns but also the page views for each item. Currently to get these you have to go into each listing. But they are valuable and i think it would have been good for the beta to include this option.. or maybe it is possible, can someone tell me how to do this if it is possible?
beta looks good although i have almost set it up to look similar to the old classic version. Maybe it is just what you are used to, or maybe the classic version was in fact very good and functional.
i am really very dissapnted. the new version is odd in parts i am really having trouble to work with "new" version.
ebay should not do this they should have a option if you want to opt out.i have seen that ebay does what they want after the completion they just tells us.
i am not having grate time on ebay b'coz of main 2 reason: 1.ebay - strict rigid rules .. feedback,...payment terms..

As always it is difficult to change to a new feature. However let me assure you all that the new My eBay has almost all the features that were used by buyers and sellers in classic My eBay and a lot more. I would urge you all to explore the new My eBay and its customisable features.
Here's are responses to some of your questions / feedback
mysalesoffer Question: In old version option was available in setting to choose which item is useful can display and if not useful we can remove it from display. You can do this now by simply selecting the items and clicking on the delete button. In Classic My eBay when you removed items, they would be gone from your My eBay. With the new My eBay you have a section called 'Deleted' within the buying and selling section where you can always go back and reference deleted items.
Question: in sold item a option show email address is not available This feature is also available in the New My eBay. You can go to the Sold section >> Edit >> Customise >> select choose your own settings >>> Select Buyer Email from the dropdown below Member >> Apply the settings. This will display the buyer email address in your sold section.
shanu_space Question: This new version is nice except for one thing in My summary page in the classing version we could see the thumbnails of our products but in this new version all you see is the 'Fixed Price Format' image. In the new My eBay you can go to Sold >> Edit link (on the right) >> Customise >> Select Picture >> Apply. This will display the thumbnail images for all items in the new My eBay.
rajelectroniks Thank you for your valuable feedback. With regards to your feedback suggested 1. You can view all items for which buyers have confirmed receipt in My PaisaPay >> Sold with PaisaPay >> Items confirmed by buyer section.
2. Currently the My PaisaPay >> Sold with PaisaPay >> Awaiting buyer confirmation section does change the Order status from "Shipped" to "Buyer to confirm receipt" to indicate that the 10 days delivery time is over. However this is good feedback. We will evaluate displaying a message when there is 2 days left for delivery in My PaisaPay >> Sold with PaisaPay >> Awaiting buyer confirmation section so that sellers can follow up with the courier company on the delivery when there are only 2 days left.
3. Thank you for your suggestion on the feedback icon. We will evaluate this option and incorporate it in the future if possible.
Please keep posting your feedback on this thread. For all sellers who dont like the new My eBay, I request you all to explore and customise the new My eBay to suit your needs. This is certainly more easier to use and customisable to manage selling activity better .
I am sorry but your previous version was much better, user friendly and easy to operate. It has become difficult to check the details, relisting of items etc. Pls at least make it a choice for your consumers so that they can chosse accordingly.
I so preffered the ebay classic.Hope we can get the classic version back soon.It was simple and user friendly.Beta is creating unnecessary confusion specially when I relist the items.I mean I can do it with beta but I was more comfortable doing everything with the classic version. Please make it optional and leave it for people to decide what they want and don't force beta on people who don't like it.

I preferred the classic version and not the beta.I wish you keep the option open for old classic version for those who don't want to change to beta version.

If a seller has hundreds of items it becomes difficult to identity quickly just by reading the item title which items to relist, remove etc.
I want an option to have my product image thumbnails of the left as in the classic version.
Hello, PLEASE make it optionally.Like let us have the option of switching to the former format.We so much loved the older format and were very comfortable with it.

Here are some specific responses to your questions on the features:
amitava123gems - Could you please provide more details on which print button are you referring to. The Print feature for invoice and labels is still available in Selling Manager and Selling Manager Pro.
crystalmineralsindia - You can customise your My eBay >> Selling >> Active selling section to display the total bids for each item.
kumar.m - Earlier you could click the amount link and view the Order details page that displayed the buyers address. In the new My eBay also you can click the Order details link available in the Action dropdown and you will see the same order details page with the buyers address.

there should be a single click option where we can reach the buyers address. like we previously click on the payment link on myebay classic but in new myebay beta we cant do that

1. With regards to the scroll bar, we are working towards adding this to Shop categories and will keep you updated once it is live.
2. To view more than 25 items on a page you can click on the number of items links available at the bottom right of the page to see 50, 100 or even 200 items on a page.
3. With regards to sorting the Shop sub categories alphabetically, we will try and incorporate this change also with the scroll bar. I will keep you updated on the developments.
Hello Preeti, A big flaw. Categories are coming in alphabetical order okay. But sub-caegories are jumbled up. I have 200+ sub-categies in stamps.First you dont have a scroll.Secondly they dont come in alphabetical order. It is all messed up and I am lost.Cant work with this. You can customise your My eBay to display the information you want to see. To display the image in the Selling section please follow these steps:
1. Firstly you would need to click on the Opt in link on the top right corner to opt in to the New My eBay 2. Click on Active within the selling section in the left navigation 3. Within the Active section click on the edit link on the right hand side of the "Active selling" header 4. Click the customise link 5. Select "Choose your own" from the two options given 6. Select the Picture option and any other features you may like to see 7. Click the apply button.
You can do the same for all other sections in My eBay and customise the display to see features most relevant to you.

You can go to the Edit option on the right of the page and customize it to display the image for you.

Since the Opt out option is still available we still have some users using the Old My eBay. As we are in the phase of retiring the old My eBay we will also update all the help pages with the new features.

The Item Relisted icon is missing in the Items I've Sold section. This is useful to track which items I have relisted and which have been left.
With the new My eBay the relist icon has been removed however as soon as an item is relisted you see an additional eBay note against that listing stating "You relisted this item". This eBay note is automatically displayed against each item that is relisted. You can use this to differentiate relisted items from non relisted ones.
With regards to your second suggestion to change the colour of the pages visited, could you please provide more information for this feature.

I have tried the new beta ebay for the last 2 weeks. It is hopeless, SO slow to load the My eBay sumamry page that it is unusable and I had to switch back to the old version. Every page load is slow, even trying to use the scroll bars on the browser to look up and down or left and right is painfully slow. I have 8Mb broadband, so it is not my connection at fault and the other eBay pages and the old version work fine. I am extremely concerned that you are going to switch off the old version on 20th January 2009 because I will find it very hard to use eBay as a seller with the new version.
Another suggestion - please could you allow us to remove or move the left-hand panel on the 'My Ebay summary' page - I run at 800x600 resolution (eyesight reasons) and it is so annoying to have to constantly scroll right to reach the 'action' box for each auction item. I don't use the left-hand panel so I would like to be able to switch it off or move it to the right.
This new beta version is useless wrt the old version. eaby as usual is forcing some untried and untested software down our throats. This version has to be completely tested before putting it up finally. believe me I have seen enough of these new versions. I have been here since Bid and Buy times and I have seen many such flop versions put up. The seller and buyer both have problems ebay has no problems as they anyway want to make the most out of this confusion. Mr. Indraneel surely know how to draft mails but the result is a big ZERO. He only uses words like "It's always a pleasure to accept feedback/suggestions from community members on areas where we can improve on". In the beginning itself of this beta version I had pointed out some suggestions to the related Team, but I don't see changes yet. My concerns were:
1. The Item Relisted icon is missing in the Items I've Sold section. This is useful to track which items I have relisted and which have been left.
2. The options in the Drop Down Box doesn't changes colour for the visited pages. This helps to remember what actions I have taken for a transaction. For example: Contact Buyer, Sell Similar, etc.
Hope Indraneel will pass these suggestions to the concerned Team.
