Hi as far as i know from our knowledge the International reseller must be located in New York.So the US shipping charges may mean that shipping charges within the US for the International reseller to obtain the product from the seller who is not located in New York.(Ex : Shipping charges from California to New York) Original seller of the product located in California and International reseller located in New York.

I hope this must be the scenario.

I just dont understand sapana

When we look at the price it shows
Price + US shipping +international shipping..
why an indian buyer is supposed to pay for the Us shipping wherein he is only asking for international shipping
this is cheating...

you can take US shipping which even the buyer does not receive it

it looks like people buying on ebay.in using GEB want to give GEB a premature death. people fail to understand that the international reseller i2cworld_inc is merely acting as their agent. the 6 negative feedback and 2 neutral feedback are left by users who have less than 10 feedback ratings:

eg: Neutral - innovative product Buyer: farhad.bangalore ( 5 ) - Item -390092624779 - LED Projection Alarm Clock w/ LCD Temperature Display

negative - the AC charger supplied with the item doesn,t work at all.improper description. Buyer: dr.praveensengar ( 4 ) - Item -220478832704 - VECTOR 1 MILLION CANDLE POWER SPOTLIGHT FLUORESCENT NEW - this buyer seems to have forgotten that power adaptors of USA are of 110V and need to use a power transformer for converting 110 to 220 V

negative - item not upto expectation. not the same as listed. not at all US quality product Buyer: ansarimajrul ( 16) 29-Sep-2009 13:08 - Item -130330418729 - Case-Mate Barely There Cases for iPhone 3G 3GS Silver

my dear friend in both these cases the international reseller has merely taken delivery of the item purchased by you. he isnt selling the item on his own.

it looks as though there is a huge backlog of buying orders on the GEB site. plus in certain cases as mine, the order had been placed on the 25th of September for item # 330344757790, and the buying process had not been initiated till 29th september and the international listing has ended.

the GEB buying guide states that after payment is approved the International reseller would buy the item within 24 hours. my payment was approved on the 25th itself. hence the time limit for buying would be 26th.
so am not sure if the international reseller has been able to actually get hold of the item.

i have already faced a problem with international item # 370252856850 where the international reseller could not procure the item and has initiated a refund on 25th of September, but the refund has not been reflected in my card account as yet.

so i feel that if this new column is introduced, and if the international resellers aquisition of the item is reflected therein, it would help the community at large, as we wouldnt be on pins and needles wondering whether the international reseller would be able to buy the item for you.




in the interest of ebay, it would be nice if a new colum is added in the GEB paisapay payments which shows the status of the buying process by the international reseller.

I felt very cheated when I tried to use GEB for the first time today. In the morning I identified an item to purchase, the total 'Global EasyBuy' price calculated was INR 2691.

That page is still available here

But when I went to complete the Buy Now process a few hours later the Global EasyBuy price is now calculated as INR 3348.

Why this increase? I feel this is some cheating or profit-mongering on eBay's part.

By the way there is absolutely no need to use this fraudulent 'EasyBuy' service of eBay India, it is much much much cheaper to just buy directly off eBay USA using your credit card if one needs any items from there.
