Hi thanx, They sell well but books are heavy. So they dont sell if they are heavy. I am not able to sell Anna Karenina because of weight. No international buyer will pay that kind of shipping. Indian book industry has gone to dogs because of nasty policy makers of Indian Government. No international bookpost now. But sometimes there are good Indian buyers. Spidpost is very much okay. Dear mobile-phones-etc, My DSR has gone down. The Indian buyers as usual. These guys are born in a caste based society. They are trained to hate their brothers. Indian government is exploiting this situation. Indians are most severely exploited nation by their own choice. Thanx, Truly, Amitava
Amitava Sir, if you remember, you gave an advise in my post where buyer was threatening to leave negative fb cuz he was expecting item to be delivered next day, your advise "yeh dil mange more" worked. i shipped a free gift for the buyer, he not only left me a positive fb with full DSR but also purchased more, and again left positive.
Dear friends, Indian caste system and food habit is a great divider. Add to that the communal factor. You guys will live much longer than me and hope you see fraternity grow at every corner of the world. Ebay has taught us somethings besides earning money and being rich. That is ebay culture. Hi mobilestores, 1)I dont argue with buyer. It is impossible to convince across the net. I loose a few bucks but keep the other end happy. 2)I send a scan of the post office/courier receipt. Also follow up by tracking for delay. Also I complain to postoffice for delay and keep the buyer in touch. I think these two tips should work. Thanks, Truly, Amitava

Amitava sir is the grandfather of all sellers on ebay. Yes I am able to understand what he is saying. He is being very modest when he says "Do I see right". He has a perfect 5.0 in all his DRS scores that's what he is saying, hence the title of this post "I AM THE BEST".
