How to track parcels sent to germany by registered post ?

HI I sent two registered parcels from Saudi Arabia to Germany by regular parcel post.

I can not find anyway to track the parcels in the German Postal system - I enter the tracking numbers on the Deutschen Post website
http://www.deutschepost.de/dpag?lang=de_EN
but nothing is found.
I know for a fact thta the parcels have arrived (customer told me) but still no means to show that on any website of Germany.
Does Germany change the tracking numbers?

they never update tracking details for REGISTERED POST.

Hi,

I have also sent once package to USA but its also not trackable. Post people directly says tracking is not available. Can anyone help me how to track in such cases.

Hi,

Registered Post cannot be tracked in all countries. Only USPS updates Registered mails. EMS is trackable in all countries.
