According to the recent change of paypal india mention- the internaional transaction should be limit up to $3000 i.e approx Rs 150000 .
person also has to pay - taxes , fees to paypal & ebay.

so isthat possible eg.person would sell item $3000+$1000 for taxes= total $4000 OR
all the fees and taxes should be include on the net price
i.e $3000
