Well, eBay.in people are not trained at all and Manager afraid of the sellers. If some buyer file case against you then eBay people call you and initiate the refund to buyer and seller file complaint then they take years but issue will get resolved.....This is the helping nature. I would request you to please file case against them in consumer court and they will lose and pay you penalty and interest also. Sue them like people do in USA and UK where eBay paid millions of dollars to sellers. Why don't we all sellers joint together and file case against them.
So far as our experience is concerned in last 8 years in case of need, You may contact ONLY God and place a petition to your favourite GOD whom you pray, and place before HIM an Application for solution, and I am 100% sure, if HE Helps, no Ebay staff can resist it. He is above All. Don't take it lightly or jokingly. We have also got solution by this way only.
There is only one solution to your problem, ie you need to give up! Ebay will not solve any problems, they just say we have forwarded it to the concerned team and its done, no team will do anything. I have my 53,000 stuck in ebay since the last 6 months. I had to give up.
I have made hundreds of Phone calls / Emails and even provided the detailed printouts of all sales transactions to Our category Manager in "eBay sellers meet" held in our city.
Respected category Manager has forwarded the Issued to our eBay Account Manager and till now . . . our eBay account Manager working on it.
eBay,should I mention even their emails here ?
It seems that ebay using sellers like disposable items and seems using the policy of " TAKE and FORGET"
I sold items in promotional offer from July'2009 to October2009 without any margin (including the subsidy amount also) but till now not received a single penny despite of contacting ebay persons hundreds of time.
I have Just wasted my time & money by participating in eBay promotions from July'2009 to October2009.
Seema ji , Thanks for your response and if the concerned team will look into the matter then its really good as the account manager seems no more interested in all this.
@gazetsworld : the issue is of amount of Prom.offer subsidy/ Deals of the Week Subsidy pending since July'2009. The amount diff. not correct as per subsidy was decided.
I have even provided the Printouts of all sales transactions during the period to the senior ebay personals at Sellers meet.
