payment is deducted by bank but not conformed by paypaisa. need help . ebay

i made a payment of Rs 720 for purchasing the item number: 280818274700 quantity 3 no. by using axis bank net banking the amount is deducted from my a/c but paypaisa show the message "error in previous payment select the other type of payment" like this message. my bank transaction no is ICONN/40475033/070212/EBAY INDIA PVT LTD.

please repay my amount to my AXIS A/C (OR) kindly conform my purchasing order of item no 280818274700, quantity 3 no.

kindly do me a favorable options.
