i have paid money through paisa pay and purchased items through ebay..after 8 days i got a mail that my payment has been rejectd.....its nt fair...i need to ship the items urgently.....the money has been dedudted from my account on the same day...urgent reply needed

nice effort. the existing paisa pay query system is impersonal & a wee bit tedious. getting an access thru phone will certainly improve matters. good luck
