Please all be aware that the ARAMEX agent for GOA is not reliable.
I have myself been waiting 2 weeks for 2 parcels from eBay sellers, only to find they have used ARAMEX.. so the parcels have not been delivered.
Please do not use ARAMEX for GOA customers. As your buyer will not receive the parcel within eBays time limits and your payment will be refunded to the buyer.
I have called the Aramex contact in Delhi and on 3rd attempt was given the GOA contact details (0832-6451116), the agent informed me they had no service for my area and had sent parcel to wrong address.
If indoubt, please use INDIA POST/SPEED POST OR DTDC as I have had great experience with them both.
ARAMEX is one of the most dis-organized, rude and careless customer care who has knowledge of their own company or their branches. I bought a product on 13th of April from ebay, though the seller had dispatched the product on 16th the status in ebay was "To be shipped", got a waybill number from the seller which never pulled any data till 21st April. On 21st status was that product reached Delhi from Kanpur and that's it there was nothing till 24th, my multiple calls to the courier team 080 33003300 left me at BOILING POINT as none of the Aramex guys knew where the product is and when would it reach Bangalore. Today 25th status us "OUT TO DELIVERY" since 8am but I haven't received any call from Aramex guys, called their call centre and they repeat the same status like parrots. These guys are very RUDE and lack customer care skill. I bought a product from ebay on 17th which was sent through BlueDart and reached me on 19th as promised. Not sure why ebay is still sending the purchased items from courier companies like Aramex even after so many complaints in discussion board? In my opinion they should be black listed and never used for any services.
Am still sitting in a hope that by today I would receive this product.
Personally, I've never had a problem with Aramex. I've been shipped products through them twice. Both reached me in 2 days.
Today, they even called to ask if today was a working day at my office (address given for delivery). I told them it was not but that they could deliver it to the security person. He asked me if it was okay because the parcel was a high-value one (ordered a mobile phone). I thought it was damn nice of them to call.
Aramax is the worst courier service... sellers i please request you to not use aramax.. my shipment has arrived 2 days back in bangalore but still no sign of it.. i called the customer care so many times the keep delaying next day.. this is totally bull shit.. please use INDIA POST/SPEED POST OR DTDC .. at least they are descent to send the shipment on time.. THE WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER.. HANDS DOWN..
Aramex is the worst courier service in India( I dont about it's world services). My parcel got to chennai airport on saturday night but they have picked it yet(now it is monday night) and it is over night service. I hate to admit that it would be better if they cahnge their service name to FORT NIGHT service from OVERNIGHT service. I hate it so much. To worsen things I've ordered it for my girlfriend and I getting from her too..for her it was my fault that she didn't get the item till now . I hope atleast they will make find some time to deliver the item
Dear All ebay sellers, Please never use aramex. India post is better than this worst courier company. This should be banned in India. They are big frauds.
ARAMEX is really bad!!!!Too slow, bad tracking and the same old problem of Out for Delivery - Beyond Delivery Area. Please ebay dont use ARAMEX courier service. Its BEYOND DELIVERY for Sector V, salt lake, Kolkata!!!!!!!!
product has been shipped before 7 days through blue dart and in status it shows on hold with LP... still not received product... not good courier service ...ebay should improve the same...
Aramex agent at Kammanahalli, Bangalore are playing fraud with Aramex, they wrote the weight of the parcel, but before writing down the amount, they removed the customer copy and wrote the charge leaving no print on the other copies.A case of fence eating the crop,could be lesser rate from aramex and more charge for customer, seems system itself is corrupted.....

Absolutely disgusting service from ARAMEX. I bought item form ebay on 27-Nov. Delivery was supposed to be on 3rd-Dec and its 7 days. Yet to be delivered. I have called up destination phone number almost 30 times but everytime they say it will be delivered today. BIG cheaters ARAMEX!!!!! And don't know why ebay still allows to send through ARAMEX even after so much of bad feedback.
DONT USE ARAMEX COURIER PLEASE. ITS FRUSTRATING I ORDERED AN TABLET IT WAS SHIPPED ON 21/11/12 BUT NOT DELIVERED AND THESE CHEATER SHOWING IT DELIVERED TODAY ON 28/11/12. IT HURTS ALL THE SELLER AND ME.
Yeah....aramex is very slow and its tracking system is very useless...even when i stay in the heart of my city still its tracking system says beyond delivery area...another order shipped via DTDC reached 2 days ago but aramex...no news yet
Seriously guys, ARAMEX is one of the worst courier companies operating in India as far as I know...their call center number 33003300 will always be busy and even if they pick some impatient girl would receive without knowing anything and also without giving any relevant ingo. Its been more than 8 days and still I haven't received my item...E-BAY, please stop using this courier company, there are many others which deliver within a day...A sincere request from a concerned user !!!

Bad thing is i saw this reviews today I have ordered a product which suppose to delvier to Bangalore... when i track the status in ARAMEX site surprisingly that was delivered but not to my address, status shows its has been delivered on 27 Oct 2012 to Baroda adress?? instead i stay in Bangalore.. what non-sense is this.. why Ebay is not taking any action with such kind of service providers???
Just take a look at the route so far : A parcel from Baroda to Kolkata takes the following route : 1. Baroda to Bombay 2. Bombay to Cochin (god knows why) 3. Cochin to Bombay (weird!! back to Bombay!!) 4. Bombay to Kolkata
Can anyone explain as to why the parcel made a detour to Cochin and back ?!?!?
I still have not received the parcel and there is just 6hrs left before the shipment deadline gets over. If the service is so bad for a metropolitan city like Kolkata, I wonder how bad it is going to be for a non-metro city!!
I support all the warnings. ARAMEX is an elusive company and I have spent the whole morning trying to get their contact in Goa with no success, not even on their website. Fortunately for me, the shipment I'm chasing is COD, so I have nothing to lose.
I ordered an item 2 days ago from a seller in Mumbai and the product was shipped through Aramex to Bangalore. now after reading all these reviews I am worried that I might not actually receive the product.
Though my previous experience 2yrs ago with Aramex was not bad. I will rate that a positive transaction. I bought an item from Delhi and was delivered to Goa withing time limits. I should mention that was a COD shipment.
If I were to trust the online tracking of Aramex my shipment is till lying in Mumbai office, labeled "Overnight Parcel".
Ebay rules have changed over the years for better and I'll get my refund if the product is not delivered in one week, but it sucks to have to wait for the product for more than a week and not get the delivery and on top of that wait for about 20 days to get the refund from ebay.
Its my worst experience with ARAMEX and EBay. My Shipment was HOLD for entire day where as the delivery has been made to Mumbai Office at 8 AM in the Morning . After tracking the same I have personally requested to Mumbai Aramex but there is very poor response from them and in spite of many similar request still they hold my shipment for more than 24 hours and next day they delivered the product,.
Really frustrating ... "Beyond delivery area" for santoshpur, Kolkata - 75, Which is one of the most important & posh residential area in kolkata. And most surprising thing is that they have delivered an item 1 month before at the same address.
It is always the worst for me. Why don't they just shut down their service, instead of providing such bad user inconvenience? Looks like they don't have the proper infrastructure to run a courier company.
Aramex is worst customer service in courier industry , they have been keeping item for two days in Bangalore and finally claiming item destination beyond delivery area, jp nagar is beyond delivery area from basavanagud for them ( 7 km ), what a joke and telling me wait for 3 more days to receive item. I try speak to manager ( if any one there god know's) and operator refuse for it saying she will not forward the call. Later operator say's manager not in office to escape. Don't use this courier for any purpose, either don't prefer shipper who use this courier as courier. Let us learn lessons through this form. Aramex should be banned. Never ever use this ...

As on Aramax's website my order status is showing "out for delivery" since 2 days i'hv not received it and also both the numbers (head office n my area office) given on website are invalid n not working.
even after lots of negative feedback, ebay is going to use the same company for couriers, i think i hv to stop ordering from ebay itself.
I BOOKED A MINI USB TO USB FEMALE ADAPTER FROM EBAY INDIA WEBSITE ON CASH ON DELIVERY MODE(19.04.2012). THE PARCEL IS PICKED UP FROM SELLER ON 21.04.2012 AND THE SELLER PROVIDED ME A SHIPPING NO:6266121816 BUT IF I TRIED TO TRACK MY SHIPMENT WITH THIS NO IT SHOW'S INVALID OR DATA NO AVAILABLE... I CONTACTED ARAMEX POOR SERVICE EVER I CAME ACROSS NO RESPONSE I CALLED THE SELLER HE TOLD THIS IS THE NO THEY PROVIDED... I CONTACTED EBAY NO INFORMATION PROVIDED.... Hi, I am also facing the same fate with one sharing. My item also hasn't reached me by the timeline they announced. I am worried too. The service should not be like this.
Well what to do. Speed post does not accept electronic items for shipping to USA, and DHL is very expensive. I recently shipped an item to USA via Aramex. I wish I had read this thread before. I shipped it today at about 11. Do you think I can get it back? and get money back.
